Quote For Staging Services I will visit your home to determine what is required to stage the property. I will develop a proposal for services specific to your property and provide you with a written quote. Free. Verbal Consultation I will tour your home and provide a professional written assessment on what is necessary to prepare your property for sale. Both exterior and interior will be considered. Written assessment is $75 or my fee is $45 Per hour to perform changes. Interior Redesign Using as much of your existing furniture and accessories as possible, I will rearrange your rooms to give your home the look buyers want. $45 Per Hour. Personal Shopping Service I will create a budget and shop for items that serve as investments in the sale of your home. Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way to changing the look of a room. $45 Per Hour. | Real Estate Photography Package I will use simple staging techniques, Temporarily removing distracting items from the scene, tidying up the room so it looks uncluttered. Photos will be provided on a CD or by email. Cost is $75. Rental Furniture And Accessories If your property is vacant or you are in need of some additional furniture or accessories, both are available upon request. Prices vary.
